CARROLLTON, Ga. - The West Georgia tennis team battled against the Auburn Montgomery Warhawks on Tuesday afternoon at the Sunset Hills Tennis Center, falling 9-0 to AUM in Gulf South Conference action.

With a member of the No. 1 doubles team for the Wolves out for an undisclosed amont of time, head coach Michael Coleman has been forced to restructure his starting lineup, as senior Gabby Chanthaphaeng moved into Jordan England's role with freshman Brooke Kane at No. 1 doubles. The pair took a 5-2 lead in the match against AUM, but some unlucky bounces allowed the Warhawks back into contention. The match went to the tiebreak, where Auburn Montgomery won 10-7 to take a 9-8 victory in No. 1 doubles. 

Sara Watson and Shelby Brown fell in No. 2 doubles by an 8-2 score while Bailey McCammon and Meg Cummings lost in No. 3 doubles by an 8-0 count. 

The Wolves will be back in action on Saturday at Gulf South Conference opponent Montevallo, taking on the Falcons at 2:00 p.m. from Montevallo, Ala.
