MILLEDGEVLLE, Ga. – The West Georgia women’s cross country team finished in sixth place at the Bobcat Invitational on Saturday, led by freshman Devin Helms.


Helms finished in 10th place, giving her two top-10 finishes on the season. Helms time in the 6K race was 23:20.1. Behind Helms was Lauryn Wilson who crossed the line in 25:52.4, good for a 39th place finish.

The Wolves now set their sights on the Gulf South Conference Championships which will be October 26 at Montevallo.
