CARROLLTON, Ga. - Athletes from the University of West Georgia recently completed one of the most successful years in program history in the classroom, as nine UWG squads held a team GPA of 3.0 or higher from August to May graduation. That propelled the Wolves to a GPA of 2.91 across all sports, the highest in school history.

As a group, the 13 NCAA sports sponsored by the University of West Georgia held a GPA of 2.98 during the spring semester, also a school record.
