CARROLLTON, Ga. – The Women’s Cross Country is set to compete in their first 6k of the year at the Berry College Cross Country Invitational.

The women’s race will be the first 6k race, against one of the largest fields of competition the Wolves have seen this season, with the field being made up of both Division I and Division II competition.

Head coach Ryan Bailey is excited that the course has more hills then most courses they run, as it will fit perfectly into the training sessions from this week. Bailey hopes the course will help the athletes get ready for anything the championship course could throw at them.

The women’s team will be running the second race of the day at 10:00 a.m.
