GERMANTOWN, Tenn. – After a rough start to her second round, junior Franziska Bremm finished with three birdies in her last seven holes to finish with a 78 at the NCAA Super Region 2 Tournament at Germantown Country Club in Tennessee.


Bremm’s round started with a bogey on the first hole, and a triple on the third, and after a double at five and another bogey at eight, Bremm made the turn at seven over for her round.


Despite a double bogey seven on the 11th hole, Bremm finished the back nine with a 35 after three birdies on holes 12 through 18. Bremm started with a birdie on the par three 12th and then got birdies at 14 and 17 to finish with a 78.


Going into tomorrow’s final round, Bremm is in a 41st place tie. Tilda Larsson of Barry leads the individual leaderboard to help the Bucs to a three shot lead in the team standings with 18 holes to play tomorrow.
