CLEVELAND, Tenn. – It was a second round 78 for Franziska Bremm on Tuesday at the NCAA South Super Regional in Cleveland, Tennessee at Cleveland Country Club.
The senior is now 10-over par for the tournament and begins tomorrow’s final round in a 31st place tie.
Bremm began her second round on the 10th hole, and made bogeys on her first two holes, and doubled her third, to fall back to four over on the day. On her fifth hole of the day, Bremm got her first birdie of the tournament, and rattled off seven straight pars before dropping a shot on the fourth. Bremm also bogeyed two of her final three, to finish six over.
There is currently a two-way tie atop the individual leaderboard as Helen Kreuzer of Lynn and Saint Leo’s Isabel Nesteus lead with cumulative scors of two-under. In the team competition, Lynn holds a three shot lead over Saint Leo.
Bremm will tee off tomorrow morning from Cleveland Country Club for the final round of the NCAA South Super Regional.
