CARROLLTON, Ga. - On Tuesday, head football coach David Dean announced that the 3rd Annual UWG Football Prospect Showcase will take place on June 11 at the Athletics Complex of the University of West Georgia.

The camp will be administered by the UWG football coaching staff along with guest coaches from other Division I institutions. Coaches from Louisville, Georgia, Louisiana-Lafayette, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Western Kentucky, Memphis, Georgia Southern, Indiana, Minnesota, Duke, and Southern Cal have been in attendance during the first two years of the camp.

"This is a great opportunity for kids to get a chance to showcase their skills in front of some big-time programs, and it allows us to showcase our facilities and what West Georgia has to offer," said UWG head coach David Dean. "We are excited about expanding the camp into two sessions to give prospects a stronger opportunity to showcase their skills."

The cost of the camp is $50 per participant. Pre-registration through the UWG Athletic Registration page is recommended with a credit card payment, and walk-ups will have cash only accepted.
