CARROLLTON, Ga. – The wait is over for the UWG men’s golf team as the Wolves are set to travel to Albany, Georgia this coming week for the Hurricane Invitational hosted by Georgia Southwestern at Doublegate Country Club.
Head coach Todd Selders will take six golfers to the tournament with his five-man lineup consisting of Sam Jones, Dan Benson, Ethan Jones, James Robillard, and Carson Vaughn with Valentin Riviere competing as an individual.

The Wolves will go against a solid field this week, including the host and defending champion Georgia Southwestern. North Georgia, Clayton State, Young Harris, Brewton-Parker, ABAC, Georgia Military, Albany State, and Emmanuel College are also in the field.
The tournament will be held at Doublegate Country Club in Albany, Ga. After Sunday’s practice rounds, the Wolves will play 36 holes on Monday at the par 72, 7,024 yard course before coming back on Tuesday for the final round.
