ROME, Ga. – The UWG cross country team’s competed in the Berry Invitational on Saturday morning in Rome, Georgia with the men finishing 14th and the women coming in at 19th in a large field of teams at Berry College.

Top Performers

- Solomen Komen finished eighth individually to lead the men on Saturday, turning in a time of 25:58.44 in the 8K race.

- On the women’s side, Alaina Burnside finished tops for the Wolves, coming in with a time of 26:51.35, good for a 101st place finish.

- Thomas Adkins and David Walker finished 109th and 110th for the men’s squad.

- Just behind Burnside was Alexis Smith in 108th and Mackenzie Morse in 109th.
