CARROLLTON, Ga. - The 2017-18 regular season comes to a close tonight for West Georgia basketball with much on the line after today's release from the Gulf South Conference regarding West Alabama. The women are set to tip at 7:00 p.m. (EST) tonight, with the men's tip set for 9:00 p.m., or approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game.

Women's Game Links 
The UWG women are poised to either take the fifth or sixth seed heading into this year's tournament, and will likely play either Lee or Valdosta State. With a West Georgia win, the Wolves will be the fifth seed in the tournament, barring a win from West Florida at Valdosta State tonight.

Men's Game Links
The West Georgia Wolves are now back in the hunt for a spot in the 2018 Gulf South Conference tournament, and with a win tonight, would advance to this year's tourney as the 8th seed. Should the Wolves win against AUM, the first-round opponent on Tuesday would be the Valdosta State Blazers in Valdosta, Ga.
