CARROLLTON, Ga. – The UWG women’s basketball program has announced a pair of high school signees to the 2018 recruiting class as Zaria Bankston and Mariah Holder will join the Wolves in the fall of 2018.

Bankston and Holder are the first two signees to the class as head coach Scott Groninger and the Wolves look to reload from last season’s 16-12 team that lost three seniors.

“We’re excited to have Zaria and Mariah in the program,” said Groninger. “Zaria is a solid point guard while Mariah is an explosive combo guard and we’re looking forward to getting them in here to contribute and watch them develop.”
