Soccer - Day 1
The Wolves hit the field running this morning, literally, as head coach Marisa Kovacs ran her team through a fitness test to begin fall camp. The team came through that in good shape and took to the field three different times through the day. The drills focused on ball control and teamwork throughout the first day of practice. Despite the oppressive heat, the Wolves kept themselves hydrated and out of the training room.

Football - Day 1
Day one of football practice was an enthusiastic beginning to the 2010 season, with an emphasis on getting things right the first time and moving in and out of drills quickly and efficiently. The afternoon practice was a bit shorter than a normal practice and had a "conditioning" feel to it. Each drill was run very quickly without much down time for any individual player.

Volleyball - Day 1
With a core of returning players, the enthusiasm was outstanding for the first day of practice. Players were really getting into the swing of things early for head coach Gary Lee. With two practices, the Wolves are already showing that the team chemistry is building very quickly, but every person was down to business when the time came.
