WGAF Bylaw 3.1
The Executive Committee shall be composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary and eighteen elected Representatives who shall serve three-year terms on a rotational basis with six new Representatives to be elected each year. Presidents or other representatives of area affiliated chapters and Past Presidents of the UWG Athletic Booster Club may serve on the Executive Committee as long as they are continuing contributors in good standing to the West Georgia Athletic Fund. In addition, the Vice President of University Advancement, the Athletic Director, the Senior Associate Athletic Director and the NCAA Faculty Athletic Representative will serve as Ex-Officio members of the Executive Committee.
WGAF Bylaw 3.2
The President and Vice President of the Executive Committee shall be elected to two-year terms. Six representatives of the Executive Committee and the area chapter representatives shall be elected each year in the spring. Any chapter President shall become and remain a member of the Executive Committee while serving the term of his/her Presidency. The President, prior to the meeting, shall appoint a nominating committee comprised of three (3) Past Presidents, which shall report its nominations at the meeting. Nominations, also, may be made from the floor. The members present at the meeting shall have the power to make their own rules of procedure in connection with the election.
